Dermot O’Reilly, Senior Lecturer at Lancaster University

Dr Dermot O’Reilly is a Senior Lecturer in Lancaster University Management School. His research interests revolve around critical perspectives on co-ordination and conflict, with a particular focus on alternative modes of leadership, organizing, learning, and how they relate to the relationship between humans and the ecological environment. At the core of this intellectual endeavour is an interest in the dialectical processes, moments, and relations that comprise co-ordination and conflict. He previously worked in the Universities of Bristol and Cardiff, and has written a range of research articles.
