Creating an inclusive and psychologically safe working environment and achieving diversity in teams across organisations are objectives shared by all industries and all countries. Diversity & Inclusion in UK Nuclear was set up just under two years ago to raise the collective awareness of this topic and to support people ready to drive change in the UK nuclear industry. Through events, workshops, webinars and newsletters we have uncovered some highly valuable perspectives and learns. There is no ‘’silver bullet’’, but by investing time and attention we can develop our understanding and drive positive and long term change within our organisations. This webinar is for anyone that would like to hear a summary of what we are doing in ‘’Diversity & inclusion in UK nuclear’’ and some of the interesting learns we from our journey so far.

Callum is the founder and CEO of Thomas Thor Associates, a recruitment, executive search and HR consulting organisation dedicated exclusively to the global nuclear industry and with a global footprint. Having worked in the nuclear industry across more than 30 countries, Callum has a global perspective on human resources and capacity building within nuclear. He is passionate about achieving inclusion and diversity in the global nuclear workforce and is co-founder of Diversity & Inclusion in UK Nuclear.
