Organisations still struggle to identify, quantify and capture suitable business opportunities in the UK Civil Nuclear sector. This webinar aims to help dispel some of the myths by adopting a more scientific approach to winning work in the sector, by using a process called Capture Planning. Basic elements of a Capture Plan are included in this article along with two examples of the benefits of using this approach. The target audience is Sales and Marketing professionals employed in the sector but could be anyone who has a responsibility for producing PQQ/EOI and ITT responses.
